Middle School Ministries are for students in grades 6-8
Sunday Bible School
Sundays at 9-10:20 AM
Location: CLC Youth Center middle school room
Topic: Being Faithful to Your Calling
Teachers: Pastor Andy Schuster, Youth Staff
Our middle school students continue to discuss “Being Faithful to Your Calling.” We will explore many different things that comprise our calling and emphasize the truth that all Christians are called to be faithful to what God has assigned to us in our life.
Timothy Project (TP)
Sundays, 5:45-7:15 PM in the Youth Level of the CLC
*NOTE: There will be a welcome back dinner on January 15 beginning at 5:15PM and then we’ll have TP. No cost for dinner. Regular TP resume January 22.
Timothy Project, the small group discipleship for middle schoolers, meets in the Harbor for large group teaching, then breaks into smaller gender-specific and grade-specific groups for discussion/discipleship. These small groups are led by two high school student leaders who have been trained to lead the group; there is also adult staff and leader oversight. In order to develop relationships, the middle school students will stay in their same small group throughout the school year. If students would like to participate in TP, they can certainly “walk-in,” but it certainly helps us put small groups together if students sign up. TP meets from September – May (school year). Sign up for a small group HERE.
Wednesdays, 7-9 PM in the Lower Gym
All middle schoolers and friends are welcome!
The Middle School Ministry meets weekly (during the school year) on Wednesday nights with a ministry called EPIC. We long to see students grow in their love & knowledge of Christ and love for each other. We have formatted EPIC to be filled with activities just for middle schoolers. The format includes games, snacks, a short talk led by Middle School Ministry staff, and small group discussion.
Questions about EPIC? Contact Andy at email@example.com .
